Privacy policy

Last updated: 31 October 2026. This notice explains what Chandra Sports & Games (379 A1, N2 Road, Lal Bangla, Kanpur 208007) collects on chandrasports.in, why, and the choices you have, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Details you type in: name, mobile / WhatsApp number, city, organisation, role, GSTIN (dealers) and your message.
• Your plot, if you use the planner: the corners you mark on the map, the plot size, the courts you choose and the estimate shown.
• Pictures you choose to share: in the camera view, a picture goes to us only when you tap “Share with our expert”. Pictures you save stay on your phone.
• Technical data: your IP address and the approximate city it points to, the page you sent the form from, and anonymous usage data from Google Analytics.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry: to call or WhatsApp you, plan your court, prepare a quote or site visit, and improve this website. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it with other sellers.

Who else handles it

• Our web host and email service, which deliver your enquiry to our team.
• Google Analytics, for anonymous visit statistics (and, if you send a form, a protected version of your phone number to measure our ads).
• ipwho.is / ipapi.co, to look up the approximate city of your IP address.
• Esri, OpenStreetMap Nominatim and Open-Meteo, which receive map positions (not your name or number) when you use the planner.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months, or longer if you become our customer (for warranty and service). After that we delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time: WhatsApp or call +91 93363 37228 or write to info@chandrasports.in. We reply within 7 working days. Details saved in your own browser (so you do not retype them) expire after 30 days, or you can clear them in your browser settings.

Grievance contact

For any complaint about your data, write to info@chandrasports.in with the subject “Privacy”. If you are not satisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

This website is meant for adults. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or teacher to contact us.
